Photoshop Action :: Sunny :: Redux

Fixed the first action I made so the border was optional.

This should work a lot better now. Border is still optional and it will cover the whole image even if the size is different.
Getting to work on repairing the others.

I would love to know who has used it and what you have done with it. Please share with me!

~Not sure what other versions it will run on.
~Works in Photoshop Elements 7.0 for sure.
~Leaves your original layer so you can change the opacity.
